陳茂波駁「私益」發展商

　香港文匯報訊（記者 顏倫樂）特首梁振英昨日在施政報告提出的10招短中期增加供應措施，其中提到由私人發展商參與提供基建及配套設施加快鑽石山寮屋區、3個舊礦場的發展進度，有人質疑政府涉嫌向發展商「輸送利益」。發展局局長陳茂波昨強調，有關計劃是希望利用私人發展商興建基建設施，以求加快發展進度，細節仍在研究，不涉及任何利益輸送。同時，委託部分及相關開支，亦需先經政府及立法會審批。

　就當局有意放寬或解除薄扶林及半山區發展限制，令持有該區地皮的「梁粉」得益。如恒隆持有的心光學校地皮，過去5年曾多次申請改建住宅，都因交通問題而遭否決，若放寬限制，有可能較容易獲通過。陳茂波解釋，兩區並不只是會興建私人物業，亦會考慮興建公屋，絕不存在「益自己友」問題，而且發展計劃仍然要通過地政總署及城規會的審批，有足夠把關。
