　另外，由賭王何鴻燊四太梁安琪持有的君臨天下2座48樓C室，早前亦以3,840萬元成交，單位面積約1,383方呎，呎價27,766元。註冊處資料指，買家為德亨集團有限公司，董事包括蘇合成及廖仲賢。市場人士指，蘇合成為梁安琪及有關人士的代表，易手相信為內部轉讓。

　恒基大圍名家匯2座32及33樓複式A室以6,360萬元連車位易手，單位建築面積4,300方呎，呎價14,971元。
