阿信屋18萬租柯士甸道舖

香港文匯報訊（記者　黃嘉銘）零售市道雖被唱淡，但近年來成為年輕人寵兒的零食店759阿信屋繼續擴充。中原（工商舖）商舖部副營業董事黃泳珊表示，阿信屋剛以月租18萬元租用尖沙咀柯士甸道巨舖，毗鄰多間韓食店，新租金大幅上升約1倍。

黃泳珊指，地舖位於尖沙咀柯士甸道114至116號，面積約2,000方呎，月租約18萬元，平均呎租約90元。而舊租客為散貨場，當時月租約9萬元，新租金較舊的躍升一倍。

黃氏續指，該路段鄰近尖沙咀商業區，吸引不少下班後具消費能力的中產人士，刺激整體舖位租賃交投持續活躍，呎租亦錄得一定增幅。如柯士甸道28號地舖，其建築面積約1,500方呎，獲韓國炸雞專門店承租，月租約9萬元，呎租逾60元。而柯士甸道144號祥景樓地下B至C號舖及1樓A至B室則續租予韓國燒烤店，該舖總樓面面積逾5,000方呎，新租金約每月24萬元，租金升幅逾65%。
