阿信屋18萬租柯士甸道舖

香港文匯報訊 (記者 黃嘉銘)零售市道雖被唱淡,但近年來成為年輕人寵兒的零食店759阿信屋繼續擴充。 中原(工商舖)商舖部副營業董事黃泳珊表示,阿信屋剛以月租18萬元租用尖沙咀柯士甸道巨舖,毗鄰多間韓食店,新租金大幅上升約1倍。

黃泳珊指,地舖位於尖沙咀柯士甸道114至116號,面積約2,000方呎,月租約18萬元,平均呎租約90元。而舊租客為散貨場,當時月租約9萬元,新租金較舊的躍升一倍。

黃氏續指,該路段鄰近尖沙咀商業區,吸引不少下班後具消費能力的中產人士,刺激整體舖位租賃交投持續活躍,呎租亦錄得一定增幅。如柯士甸道28號地舖,其建築面積約1,500方呎,獲韓國炸雞專門店承租,月租約9萬元,呎租逾60元。而柯士甸道144號祥景樓地下B至C號舖及1樓A至B室則續租予韓國燒烤店,該舖總樓面面積逾5,000方呎,新租金約每月24萬元,租金升幅逾65%。
