黃氏續指,該路段鄰近尖沙咀商業區,吸引不少下班後具消費能力的中產人士,刺激整體舖位租賃交投持續活躍,呎租亦錄得一定增幅。如柯士甸道28號地舖,其建築面積約1,500方呎,獲韓國炸雞專門店承租,月租約9萬元,呎租逾60元。而柯士甸道144號祥景樓地下B至C號舖及1樓A至B室則續租予韓國燒烤店,該舖總樓面面積逾5,000方呎,新租金約每月24萬元,租金升幅逾65%。
