　香港文匯報訊　(記者周穎) 觀塘開聯工業中心中層相連單位連約兩個貨車車位放售，意向金額約1,484萬元。

　獲業主委託放售單位的美聯工商助理營業董事黃寶偉表示，物業涉及樓面面積約4,788平方呎，意向呎價約3,100元，項目以連約或交吉方式放售，意向金額約1,484萬元。根據現時意向呎租約13元推算，租金回報達5厘。另外，放售的車位造價分別涉約138萬元及148萬餘元。
