開箱｜《嚦咕嚦咕新年財》劉德華大宅放租 石澳4,000呎巨屋月租50萬

經典賀歲片《嚦咕嚦咕新年財》一直是農曆新年必看的港產片之一，片中由劉德華飾演的「麻雀大俠」，其居住的獨立屋更是戲中的主要場景之一；在電影中，「麻雀大俠」經常邀請朋友到家中打麻雀，令人印象深刻。近日該豪宅登上樓盤網放租，實用面積4,000平方呎，月達50萬元，成為市場關注焦點。

「麻雀大俠」的大宅這座位於石澳大浪灣道16號，據悉由信和置業主席黃志祥持有，近日該豪宅的租盤登上多個搵樓平台，包括28Hse，樓盤資料顯示，大屋實用面積達4,000平方呎，設有6間睡房，其中3間為套房，連私人花園、泳池、車庫、保安室、助手室等，場地面積超過21,000平方尺，月租50萬元。

石澳大浪灣道一向是香港巨富名人聚集地，除了這間曾出現在電影中的大屋，區內還有多位富豪持有的物業，包括九倉主席吳光正持有的大浪灣道22號、中建企業主席許世勳名下的大浪灣道10號，以及電盈主席李澤楷持有的大浪灣道12號紅木屋等。
