北角豪宅維港頌日前錄得一宗蝕讓個案，7座高層A室，實用面積1,365平方呎，4房間隔，望開揚維港景，原先放盤叫價5,100萬元，議價後最終減至4,733萬元離場。原業主於2017年以約5,574.8萬元購入，持貨逾7年，帳面蝕讓約841.8萬元，貶值15%。

現時28Hse同系搵樓平台Squarefoot 同款單位放售中，該單位為7座中層A室，座向、開則、呎數和景觀都與上述成交單位相同，現時叫價5,600萬元，呎價41,026元。
