長實賣逾1800伙 半年套140億稱冠

對供應大增,息口有上升壓力,發展商要追業績,今年以來整體售出料約5,500伙,套現逾475億元,分別較去年同期上升37%及32%,期內包羅中小型及豪宅單位。當中,長實靠環宇海灣 、DIVA及丰滙等售出逾1,850伙,套現逾140億元,再度成為賣樓王。

其他席位方面,月月有盤推的新鴻基地產憑着推出3個新界盤,包括元朗爾巒、屯門瓏門2期及粉嶺瓏山一號,售出逾1,500伙,急速套現逾115億元位居次席。

新世界以推售溱栢、迎海.星灣及GRAND AUSTIN等,售出逾700伙,套現逾80億元,排行第三。

環宇累沽逾1,500伙最多

若以銷售量計,綜合一手住宅物業銷售資訊網及市場消息顯示,今年以來新盤共售出逾5,500伙。按股權分配後,當中以長實及南豐於港鐵荃灣西站環宇海灣累沽逾1,500伙,套現逾110億元,成為今年上半新盤銷售量之冠。而恒基、新世界及培新合作發展的馬鞍山迎海.星灣,沽出逾800伙居第二位,新地旗下的元朗錦田北爾巒,累售出約700伙,位列第三位。

期內亦有破紀錄成交,新地於荃灣青山公路海瀧珀1號屋以1.618億元售出,實呎價達5.5萬元,創出新界洋房新高呎價。
