隨著政府積極引進專才，豪宅出租市場逐漸活躍，長實執行董事趙國雄持有的中半山花園台住宅，最近以13萬元的月租成功出租。

據悉該單位為花園台三座低層A室，實用面積達2,828平方呎，4房間隔。原本開價月租13.5萬元，經過議價後以13萬元租出，呎租約為46元，與市場水平相符。

趙國雄於2008年透過公司名義購入此單位，持有至今已約17年，根據現時銀行的網上估價，該單位的市值約為8,020萬元，市值租金回報率僅為約1.9厘。

花園台位於中半山舊山頂道8A號，屬傳統豪宅區：現時於28Hse同系搵樓平台Squarefoot共有個單位放租中，均為4房單位，實用面租介乎580至3204平方呎，月租12至14萬元，呎租40.6至54.3元。
