長實否認「狂賣」車位

　，住宅物業成交幾近停頓，部分資金轉投車位市場。長實執行董事趙國雄表示，對於近日發展商變陣推出車位，強調集團不是「狂賣」，待樓盤入伙6成至7成就會出售。市傳金管局有意降低車位按揭成數，趙氏認為將減低投資者入市意慾，惟對用家影響不大。

　長實於本月初時，一晚內沽清葵涌雍雅軒約90個車位後，早前更推出九龍塘畢架山一號及星輝豪庭共42個電單車車位。市場有消息更指出，集團於本周六起將拆售大圍名城500個車位，售價介乎98萬至130萬元。

　另外，世紀21北山地產營業董事嚴智贇表示，新近錄得北角城市花園14個由單一投資者持有的車位，以1,470萬元獲承接，折合每個車位105萬元，屬市價成交。

立坊車位轉售賺3.2倍

　美聯蘇賽嶋表示，近日荃灣立坊2樓單號車位，獲買家以79萬元入市作長線收租之用，原業主轉售賬面獲利60.4萬元，車位升值3.2倍。
