鑽石山鳳禮3房獲綠表客以$465萬承接

世紀21富山地產聯席董事劉倩彤表示，剛成交為鑽石山鳳禮苑A座(鳳禧閣)中層2室，單位實用面積為559平方呎，3房，主要望東南面內園景單位，原叫價$538萬，減價$73萬，新近以$465萬(綠表價)成交，實用面積平均呎價為$8,318。

據悉，原業主於1997年以約$130萬(未補地價)購入至今，持貨25年帳面升值$335萬，期間大幅升值逾2.5倍。
