銅鑼灣街舖減租16%求客

香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）核心區街舖租金持續受壓，有業主願意減租求客。美聯旺舖營業董事王蕾表示，銅鑼灣恩平道44至48號恩平中心地下1及2號舖新近放租，舖位面積約790方呎，現時叫租約80萬元，折合呎租約1,012元。

據了解，該舖位上任商戶為高檔鐘錶店，當時月租95萬元，意味着今次放租減幅達16%。
