香港文匯報訊　港島區商廈空置率處於低水平，銅鑼灣優質寫字樓更備受用家追捧。美聯羅仲英表示，近日連續錄得兩宗銅鑼灣區寫字樓租賃成交。其中一宗為銅鑼灣禮頓道103號力寶禮頓中心低層B01室，面積約800方呎，以每月約2.7萬元租出，呎租約34.3元。另外，細碼單位亦備受市場追捧，銅鑼灣伊榮街9號的欣榮商業大廈高層07室，面積約333方呎，以月租約1萬元租出，呎租約31.5元。羅仲英續指，現時區內不論大小戶型的單位均不乏用家，加上銅鑼灣貴為核心商區，大小街道周邊人流暢旺，吸引租戶租用單位作零售用途。
