銅鑼灣地舖連1樓售9900萬

　香港文匯報訊（記者周穎）消息指出，銅鑼灣敬誠街1-7號地下1及2號舖連一樓1室，面積約1,887及2,834平方呎，以9,900萬元成交。

　土地註冊處資料顯示，鰂魚涌華蘭路20號華蘭中心1號地舖，以2.55億元成交。據悉，原業主為Bestlong Development Limited 於1997年9月以2,495萬元購入，持貨約16年，轉手賬面獲利2.3005億元，物業升值9.2倍。登記買家為港都有限公司。

　另外，資料又顯示，中環威享大廈高層地下至2樓全層，物業總樓面約14,788方呎，以2.6618億元易手，呎價約1.8萬元。登記買家為祥凡有限公司，董事為曾裕，與現代美容創辦人同名。物業原業主為蘇浙滬同鄉會，於2009年3月以約1.064736億元購入，現轉手賬面賺近1.6億元，升幅達1.5倍。
