　香港文匯報訊　(記者黃詩韻) 資本策略地產(0497)旗下尚家生活，與德祥地產(0199)合作推出銅鑼灣豪宅項目「yoo Residence」，單幢式設計共提供144個住宅，其中140伙標準單位，間隔以一房及兩房單位為主，一房單位建築面積500方呎起，意向建築呎價3萬元，預計入場費逾1,000萬元，另外4伙則為特色單位。

意向建築呎價3萬

　項目位於銅鑼灣道33號，尚家生活董事總經理方文彬預料，項目將於2015年第2季落成，主打細單位，現正打造清水房及示範單位各兩間，預計項目部分單位將預留作收租用途。

　該項目特邀國際級設計師Philippe Starck的yoo Studio負責設計工程，為yoo Studio在港開發的首個住宅項目。方文彬指，此乃公司與競爭對手的不同之處，定位為國際品牌，相信會吸引不少投資者。

　另外，資本策略今年或推渣甸山及九肚山2個項目。渣甸山項目提供少於20伙，以大單位為主，建築面積4,000方呎起；九肚山項目則提供約10至20間洋房，實用面積約2,000方呎起。此外，跑馬地The Hampton尚餘1伙待售，建築面積3,350方呎，實用面積2,608方呎，意向價9,400萬元。
