金馬倫道1樓舖2年升逾倍

 香港文匯報訊 (記者 周穎) 舖市成交活躍,市場消息指出,土瓜灣金都豪苑地下3至4號舖,面積4,636呎,以7,900萬元成交,現租戶為連鎖藥房,月租15萬元,租金回報2.2厘。原業主於2010年10月以5,500萬元購入,是次成交賬面獲利2,400萬元或43%。

 市傳資深投資者「藥房張」張偉強以4,970萬元沽出尖沙咀金馬倫道16號一樓A至C全層,面積2,800呎,現由食肆承租,月租11.3萬元,租金回報2.7厘。據悉,原業主於2010年以2,400萬元購入,是次賬面獲利2,570萬元,物業升值逾倍。

 中原地產鍾浩文表示,上環卑路乍街7至11號地下2號舖,面積約350呎,以1,200萬元成交,現由瓷器店以月租金1.5萬元承租,租金回報1.5厘。
