金朝陽收購銅鑼灣舊樓

透過舊樓收購來增加土地儲備。該集團昨公佈，成功收購位於銅鑼灣耀華街42至44號及堅拿道東28至29號整個地盤之業權。預料重建為高級商業大廈，可建樓面面積達至約44,000方呎。

項目地盤面積約2,952方呎，現為兩幢樓高六層之商住物業，一共有24戶住宅及地舖單位。該項目鄰近時代廣場及金朝陽中心，據悉，金朝陽集團於2010年12月開始進行收購，預料於2018年才開始重建計劃。
