金朝陽地舖續租加逾倍

 香港文匯報訊(記者 周穎)工商物業大碼成交頻頻。市場消息指出,資深投資者兆安李太以9,100萬元購入西環卑路乍街3至3A號地下4號舖,面積2,250方呎,現由物業代理及乾洗店承租。

 事實上,舖位成交暢旺,舖租亦水漲船高。金朝陽執行董事劉金國昨日表示,銅鑼灣金朝陽中心已完成5個地舖續租,續租租金加幅介乎1倍至1.5倍,餘下1個地舖待續租。同時位於銅鑼灣登龍街商業項目現開始與潛在租戶接洽,物業將於明年落成。

 此外,恒基旗下柴灣東貿廣場昨日加推5個單位,包括位於12及15樓4個單位,面積介乎1,424方呎至1,693方呎,訂價介乎955萬至1092萬元,及一個23樓全層單位,建築面積7725方呎,訂價5530.6萬元;另推4個私家車位,每個劃一定價80萬元。
