遠東大廈全層叫價1億

新近有業主因應市場需要，推出中環遠東發展大廈高層全層放售，意向呎價約1.4萬餘元，全層涉資逾1.02億元。

負責是次銷售工作的中原(工商舖)馮俊英表示，項目為中環德輔道中113至123號遠東發展大廈23樓全層，面積約7,316方呎，可望部分海景及城市景觀，以連租約形式出售，全層共6個單位，現分別租予5個租客，每月租金收入合共約22.5萬元，平均呎租約31元。資料顯示，業主於2011年以約6,500萬元購入物業，平均呎價約8,884元。
