逾億工商舖登記額升74%

 香港文匯報訊 本港4月逾一億元工商舖樓宇買賣合約登記宗數及金額齊升,中原地產研究部數據顯示,期內宗數錄得15宗,創2011年3月後13個月新高;登記額48.21億元,創2005年1月後逾7年以來按月新高,按月分別上升25.0%及74.0%。

 4月最高金額的工商舖登記個案是沙田安耀街匯達大廈全幢,價值12.79億元。其次是葵涌青山公路紅A中心全幢,價值5.28億元。而尖沙咀栢麗大道三個舖位,以4.40億元登記。單是這三宗大額登記總值已達22.47億元,佔整月48.21億元的46.6%。

 分類計算,逾一億元寫字樓錄得25.68億元登記,環比上升78.3%,宗數按月增加1宗至6宗登記。商舖方面,登記宗數維持7宗,但金額則按月升20.7%至16.05億元。工業類型突破3月「零宗數」,上月錄得2宗逾一億元工業樓宇登記,總值6.48億元。
