將軍澳 天晉二期 天晉二期5B座中層A室,業主在加辣後加價10萬元,以810萬元售出,創屋苑兩房新高。 

天水圍 嘉湖山莊 景湖居有單位原業主即減價25萬元或4.9%,最終以485萬元成交。 

盈峰一號 高層A室以約1,500萬元成功獲上車客承接,實用面積約750方呎,折合實用面積呎價約20,000元。

馬鞍山薈晴 首置客大手掃入4伙,涉資1,993萬元,但只需繳付3.75%的最低稅率、即74萬元稅款,較新稅賬面慳逾164萬元。 

西環浚峯 頂層43樓A室以3,388.77萬元成交,折合實呎34,721元,成交價和呎價均屬項目新高。 

屯門NAPA 投資者以女兒名義買入4伙,成交價3,036.8萬元,只需繳付樓價4.25%印花稅,較新稅15%節省逾327萬元。
