　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）豪宅持續有追捧，市場消息指出，資本策略旗下跑馬地藍塘道45號的The Hampton剛獲一名內地客斥資約4億元買入3屋，包括2間頂層連天台泳池屋，面積均逾5,500呎，以及1間高層戶，呎價約2.8萬元。

　The Hampton共有11伙，其中8伙的標準戶面積由3,235至3,350呎，並有3伙特色戶，面積逾5,500呎，擁有私人泳池。該盤至今已累售6伙。資料顯示，The Hampton早前獲內地買家購入高層B室，面積3,235呎，成交價8,800萬元，呎價27,202元。此外，一名外籍名人以8,100萬元買入低層3樓A室，面積3,350呎，呎價24,180元，計劃用作自住。
