美聯物業跑馬地雅谷分行助理區域經理陳偉豪表示，該行剛促跑馬地山美華閣成交，單位為高層A室，實用面積479平方呎，建築面積719平方呎，獲同區用家以$1,005萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$20,981，建築面積平均呎價$13,978。

據了解，原業主於2018年5月份以約$925萬購入上述物業，轉手帳面獲利約$80萬，升值約9%。
