美聯物業香港仔中心分行高級分區營業經理蘇玉燕表示，撤辣後連帶居屋第二市場亦加快錄得成交，該行剛促成赤柱居屋龍德苑一個526實呎戶，原業主累減叫價約15%後，獲綠表客以$358萬承接。

蘇玉燕稱，該行剛成交的赤柱居屋龍德苑為A座晉德閣高層21室單位，實用面積約為526呎，建築面積約698呎，原業主最新叫價約為$420萬，並獲綠表客垂青，由於樓市撤辣，故買家亦加快入市決定，議價後，單位累計減價約$62萬，即約15%，並以$358萬於居屋第二市場易手，折合實用呎價約為$6,806，建築呎價約為$5,129。

原業主2000年以約$114.3萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約$243.7萬，物業升值約213%。
