香港文匯報訊（記者黎梓田）經歷連串示威衝突，拖低企業擴充及租賃步伐，但仍有名人入市核心區寫字樓。根據土地註冊處資料，灣仔皇后大道東順豐國際中心中層01至05室，上月以3,119.2萬元易手，買家以HOYA HOLDINGS LIMITED作登記，董事包括賭王何鴻燊元配三女何超賢（Angela）等。原業主早於1994年以1,559.6萬元購入該層全層，現只售出部分樓面。

砵蘭街商廈全幢索7.8億

同屬市區，有基金公司選擇放售旗下旺角砵蘭街450號商廈HQ，全幢意向價約7.8億元。中原(工商舖)商舖部方錦耀表示，該廈樓高15層，包括地舖，總樓面面積約35,078方呎(未核實)，以約7.8億元放售，折合呎價約2.22萬元。
