　中原豪宅余社朝表示，畢架山一號5座高層C室，面積1,489平方呎，屬三房連套房間隔，另設工人套房，單位享東南開揚九龍塘景，現連同車位以2,380萬元易手，呎價15,984元。買家為一名外區客，趁賣地前加快入市，單位作自住之用。據悉，原業主於2008年4月以1,950萬元購入，持貨3年，是次轉手大幅獲利430萬元，單位升值22%。
