　大埔豪宅海鑽．天賦海灣揀樓，有內地客準買家表示，前來看一下環境，並覺得港府針對內地客推出BSD稅，亦不擔心得那麼多。

現住大埔聚豪天下的買家王先生表示，斥資約1,600萬元買入第10座，1,450方呎內園景單位予女兒準備結婚用，主要因為女兒喜歡此樓盤，為新樓，會所設施好。

　對於市場不少意見估計，樓價已見頂，王先生亦相信，香港樓價跌硬，希望早一些下跌，並認為政府連番出招，對香港人是公平的，皆因香港樓價太高，香港地無地方住，都不知如何生活，要安居才可樂業，每一個人都有權利，他認為，政府應興建多一些公屋，令香港市民個個都有地方住。對於一手住宅銷售新例的看法，他亦稱，可以比買家冷靜一些來決定買樓，對買家是好事，但對發展商(或賣方)變得複雜好多。　■香港文匯報記者梁悅琴
