財訊速遞：尖沙咀兩商廈獲承租

香港文匯報訊 11月份尖沙咀商廈物業租務市場活躍，單單由月初至今已錄得超過50宗租務成交個案。美聯商業溫淑雯表示，剛促成兩宗尖沙咀商廈的租賃成交。其中堪富利士道12號宏貿發展大廈12樓D至E室獲承租，面積約999平方呎，平均呎租約30元，每月租金約3萬元；另外，赫德道11號利就商業大廈5樓全層亦獲承租，面積1,350平方呎，平均呎租約18元，每月租金約2.4萬元。是次獲承租的物業，均位於區內二線地段，但由於尖沙咀屬傳統核心商業區，因此整體發展成熟，成功吸引了商戶進駐。
