本港30個主要豪宅屋苑今年11月份的臨時平均呎價與去年12月相比，有19個屋苑上半年的呎價錄得升幅。當中有14個屋苑的呎價升幅超過10%，港島區佔7個，九龍區佔5個，而新界區只有2個。
君臨天下累升三成最多
今年首11個月君臨天下的呎價升幅最多，暫時上升29.6%；帝景園的呎價上升25.7%居次。嘉富麗苑的呎價暫有24.2%升幅，排名第三位。賽西湖大廈及寶翠園的呎價分別上升18.2%及17.4%，排名第四及第五位。另外，凱旋門（升17.2%）、海名軒（升15.1%）、匡湖居（升14.8%）、會展中心會景閣（升14.1%）、畢架山一號（升12.3%）、禮頓山（升12.1%）、雍景臺（升11.7%）、康樂園（升11.3%）及擎天半島（升11.2%）。
以三個主要分區統計，九龍區10個屋苑期內平均呎價暫錄14,610元，較去年12月的13,403元上升9%，為升幅最大的區域；港島區15個豪宅屋苑平均呎價暫時錄15,931元，較去年12月的14,847元上升7.3%；新界區5個屋苑的平均呎價暫錄8,621元，與去年底的8,178元相比，上升5.4%。
