豉油街三層舖叫價逾5億

　 (記者周穎) 旺角豉油街36-42號榮高樓推出標售，物業現時估值5億元以上，截標日期為今年10月27日 (星期四) 正午12時。

樓面達1.45萬呎

　獲委託為獨家標售代理的第一太平戴維斯投資部副資深董事莫偉豪表示，旺角豉油街36-42號榮高樓物業包括地下的1, 2, 5, 6, 7 號舖、1樓全層、2樓全層及3樓 B, D單位，樓面合共14,590平方呎，大廈門面分別面向豉油街及通菜街，合共125呎闊，為旺角核心區少有的巨舖出售。物業地下至二樓內置獨立樓梯，業主亦享有一、二樓外牆的獨家使用權作廣告用途，可輕易打造為旗艦店。

　他表示，現時物業地下的3,600平方呎樓面由上海坊承租，其餘樓面則由花園餐廳租用。由於兩份租約皆為多年前訂落，租金遠低於市場租值，預料舊租滿約後可租予單一品牌作旗艦店，租金將有可觀的升幅。
