觀塘工廈「K Star」項目於本月初正式開售，市場反應熱烈，兩星期內悉數沽清，近六成買家為區內工廈租客，為業主成功套現約1.3億元。

據了解，項目錄得多宗大手成交，有一買家連購4個單位，涉資約800萬元。中原(工商舖)劉重興表示，項目位處觀塘巧明街116至118號萬年工業大廈3A至B及10A，本月初正式推出市場發售，不足兩周106個單位全數沽清，為業主成功套現約1.3億元。買家中，近六成為用家，大部分來自區內工廈的租客，其餘四成則為投資者。劉氏預料，物業預料可享近5厘回報。
