觀塘遠東工廈下周截標

　香港文匯報訊　(記者周穎) 工廈物業搶手，觀塘遠東工業大廈招標，獲多家財團及發展商示意洽購，截標日期為4月7日。美聯工商助理營業董事吳偉華表示，觀塘道334至336號遠東工業大廈，樓高12層，總樓面面積約10.5萬平方呎，坐落於其他指定用途「商貿」地帶，地盤面積約1.06萬平方呎，可建建築面積約12.7萬平方呎。

　他指出，由於是次標售物業不受工廈改裝費所限，對轉型作其他指定的商業用途甚具彈性。
