工業中心A座中低層單位，剛以成交呎價約5,900元易手，屬該廈呎價第二新高，另一宗位於B座低層戶亦同告易手。

中原(工商舖)工商部營業董事李文光表示，觀塘開源道55號開聯工業中心A座中低層單位，面積約1,800平方呎，平均呎價約5,900元，成交價約1,062萬元。買家為貿易公司，原於港島區購入一舊式寫字樓單位作自用，惟見觀塘區工廈呎價合理，且街景景觀及配套設施不俗，終購入該物業自用。原業主於2009年初以呎價約2,200元買入單位，成交價約396萬元，今番易手，物業升值約2.7倍，業主賬面賺約666萬元。李氏表示，今番成交呎價屬該廈呎價第二新高，最高紀錄為去年，其低層13室以呎價約6,000元易手個案。
