規劃署不反對運通大廈改酒店

金寶國際董事長李秀恆旗下葵涌運通製衣大廈，早前向城規會申請改裝工廈為酒店，提供564個房間，雖然諮詢期間接獲多達247個反對意見，但規劃署認為改裝可改善環境，並且屬規劃意向，對申請不反對。九龍荔枝角道838號勵豐中心，申請由工廈改建為1幢22層高酒店，提供342個房間，規劃署亦不反對。
