世紀21奇豐物業西貢區營業董事廖振雄表示，新近錄得西貢清水灣澳貝村單號村屋下複式成交，物業建築面積1,400平方呎，3房連套房連工人房間隔，享山景，物業原叫價$1,438萬，減價$90萬，獲買家以$1,348萬承接，建築面積平均呎價$9,629。

世紀21奇豐廖振雄指，原業主於2009年12月以$360萬購入上址，持貨逾12年至今將單位轉售，賬面獲利$988萬，單位期內升值2.7倍。
