世紀21奇豐物業 - 廖振雄董事表示，該行近日促成西貢柳濤軒一宗全幢村屋成交，物業原叫價$2,000萬，最終議價$220萬後，以$1,780萬成交。

成交單位為西貢柳濤軒雙號村屋，建築面積約2,100平方呎，屬4房(1套)2廳間隔，望山景，連約700呎天台。折合建築呎價約$8,476，屬市價水平。

資料顯示，原業主於1999年3月以$630萬購入單位，持貨26年，轉售帳面獲利$1,150萬，單位期內升值約1.8倍。
