世紀21奇豐物業 - 蔡蓓經理表示，該行新近促成西貢帝琴灣凱琴居成交，單位為9座中層B室，實用面積1,326平方呎，4房2廳間隔，座向北面望海景，單位放盤1個月，原叫價$1,500萬，調整至$1,438萬連雙車位成交，減$62萬，減幅4%，實用面積呎價$10,845。

據了解，原業主於2017年2月購入上址，當時作價$1,500萬，持貨8年至今轉售，賬面虧蝕$62萬離場，單位期內跌4%。
