世紀21奇豐-廖振雄董事表示示，新近錄得西貢大網仔威都别墅雙號屋村屋全幢成交，建築面積2,100平方呎，屬5房連間隔，望山景，連天台約700平方呎，獲買家以$1,580萬承接，建築面積平均呎價$7,524，屬市價成交。

據了解，原業主於2006年5月購入上址，當時作價$726萬，持貨約19年至今易手，賬面賺利$854萬，單位期內升值近1.2倍。
