西灣河碧麗閣A座低層1房戶月租$8,800 減幅達26%

世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，該行新近促成西灣河碧麗閣租務成交，單位為A座低層05室，實用面積292平方呎，1房間隔，室內清水無裝修，望樓景。單位於今年2月放租，叫租$1.2萬，其後2月中調整至$10,500，終獲單身人士以月租$8,800租出，累減$3,200，減幅達26%，實用面積呎租30.1。

郭少玲表示，上述租賃成屬新低價，較早前同類型單位放租$9,200至$1.1萬不等，業主於1991年以$83萬購入上址，現以月租$8,800租出，可享租金回報率12.7厘。
