中原西半山堅道分行高級資深區域聯席董事盧民偉透露，分行促成成交單位為西半山堅道66號金庭居中層B室，實用面積315平方呎，建築面積522平方呎，2房間隔，望城市景，業主以$605萬將單位易手，折合平均實用呎價$19,206。

盧民偉指，原業主於1994年以$280萬買入單位，持貨29年，帳面獲利$325萬，單位升值116%。
