美聯物業西半山西營盤站分行首席高級營業經理陳凱廸表示，該行剛促成西半山福臨閣成交，單位屬高層D室單位，實用面積約為394平方呎，建築面積約為535平方呎，終以約$750萬成交，折合實用呎價約為$19,036。

 

原業主於1986年8月份以約$49.685萬購入上述物業，是次轉售帳面獲利逾$700萬，物業升值約14倍。
