然昨晚截票，公司發言人表示，該盤累收逾240個認購登記，超額登記逾5倍，該批單位於今日下午抽籤揀樓。

今日發售的殷然首批40伙，實用面積由581方呎至922方呎，未計大手及現金回贈的折實價由1,446萬至2,696萬元。

此外，九龍倉及南豐合作於山頂Mount Nichloson 5號屋昨日下午截標，銷售代理會德豐地產發言人表示，市場反應正面，發展商表示十分滿意，將根據內部程序審核標書細節，結果容後公佈。該屋實用面積達9,173方呎。

一手市場全日11成交

至於昨日一手市場售出11伙。其中，新地昨推售堅尼地城Imperial Kennedy新一批10伙，消息指，售出2伙。紅磡維港．星岸及銅鑼灣雋琚各售2伙。堅尼地城浚峯、屯門滿名山、筲箕灣柏匯、將軍澳海天晉及馬鞍山迎海．駿岸各售1伙。
