美聯物業西半山西摩道分行首席高級營業經理曾向輝表示，該行促成一宗西半山慧豪閣成交，單位為2座低層E室單位，實用面積約為695平方呎，建築面積約為900平方呎，3房連套房間隔，輕微議價後以約$1,565萬成交，實用面積平均呎價$22,518，建築面積平均呎價$17,389。

據悉，買家為外區用家，鍾情屋苑位處傳統豪宅地段，並鄰近行人扶手電梯，加上樓價合理，故購入作換樓之用。原業主於2005年9月以$670萬購入上述物業，是次轉售帳面獲利約$895萬，升值約134%。
