西半山御景臺$1,000萬獲承接 物業升值約35%

美聯物業西半山堅道分行區域聯席董事丘毅新表示,該行剛促成西半山御景臺中層B室單位,實用面積約為487平方呎,建築面積約為680平方呎,2房設計,客飯廳四正,加上物業位處傳統豪宅地段,以及鄰近半山扶手電梯,故獲同區用家垂青,並以$1,000萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$20,534,建築面積平均呎價$14,706。

據了解,原業主於2012年5月份以約$740萬購入上述物業,是次轉手帳面獲利約$260萬,物業升值約35%。
