　香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）資金無出路，投資者開始將目標瞄向一批另類物業。其中環亞拍賣行下星期推出的一項獨立天台，位於西營盤中亞大樓，面積達3,700方呎，開價85萬元，折合每呎約230元。不過，天台物業所佔大廈業權僅1480分之1，加上剛翻新，雖然樓齡已經約48年，購入博收購的潛力較低，估計日後可以擺放大型廣告招牌等租出。

　另該行昨日推出一項元朗農地，銀主盤，由於業權分數不完整，僅24分之5，令吸引力減弱，昨於未承價下收回。
