藹寧園重建加高遇阻力

　香港文匯報訊 (記者顏倫樂) 南豐旗下筲箕灣藹寧園重建豪宅項目，早前向城規會申請放寬高限由135至146.7米，以建立一個階梯式的建築物。但計劃遭到附近居民反對，認為會破壞景觀，造成交通擠塞，至今接到的9份意見，幾乎清一色反對。

　毗鄰藹寧園的香苑大廈，業主立案法團主席姚蘭英表示，若放寬高限，將會影響區內景觀及通風等，有礙健康及環保。有區內市民更批評，發展商未有就保育地盤內的樹木而努力，而且項目的大型停車場將增加交通負荷，沒有達到改善外貌與區內環境改善的效果，要求放寬高度的理據不充分。
