廈推出全幢放售，中原(工商舖)寫字樓部李婉琪表示，項目位處著名飲食街，鄰近尖沙咀零售核心，原屬全幢銀座式商廈，樓高20層，地下至3樓為商舖用途，5樓至22樓原為寫字樓用途，總建築面積約26,200方呎。去年該幢商廈已成功申請作酒店用途，提供72個房間，平均每個房間造價約500萬餘元，而現時該廈地舖市值約1.6億元，每月租金收入可達125萬元。

福利推售土瓜灣物業

另外，繼成功出售六個項目後，福利集團再次推售土瓜灣新柳街的商住物業，是次放售的物業與較早前成功出售的福至大廈位於同一地區。物業為一幢18層高的商住樓宇，鄰近即將落成的沙中線港鐵站，該大廈於2004年落成，地盤面積約1,768方呎，總樓面約13,240方呎，地下至2樓用作商業用途，4樓至17樓每層提供一個單位，用作住宅用途。

受沙中線帶動，土瓜灣區於過去幾年已有大規模發展。發展新盤包括昇御門、寶御和薈點，據土地註冊處資料顯示，以上項目最早於2012年推售，售價由每方呎約1.3萬至約2.1萬元不等。
