　有財團向城規會提交申請，擬重建一幢樓高23層高大廈，提供67伙，近日接獲134個意見，其中逾85%反對，主要來自附近居民，例如地盤對面的景翠園業主等，亦有區議會人士提出反對，反對理據包括會增加交通負荷、造成屏風效應等。

　獲財團收購至尾聲的西半山區巴丙頓道23號蕙匯別墅，早前申請興建一幢23層高住宅大廈，並略為放寬地積比由5倍至5.357倍，理由是地盤前臨巴丙頓道一段是單行線，該廈需作後移安排，以撥供土地予公眾作行人通道，故申請放寬地積比以配合發展。項目地盤面積11,399呎，擬提供67伙，住用樓面達61,065呎。於諮詢期內共接獲134個申述，當中逾85%反對申請，並以景翠園居民居多，有業主更聯署提出反對，認為若地盤重建為住宅，將造成道路危險、增加交通流量、形成屏風效應。
