獲財團收購至尾聲的西半山區巴丙頓道23號蕙匯別墅,早前申請興建一幢23層高住宅大廈,並略為放寬地積比由5倍至5.357倍,理由是地盤前臨巴丙頓道一段是單行線,該廈需作後移安排,以撥供土地予公眾作行人通道,故申請放寬地積比以配合發展。項目地盤面積11,399呎,擬提供67伙,住用樓面達61,065呎。於諮詢期內共接獲134個申述,當中逾85%反對申請,並以景翠園居民居多,有業主更聯署提出反對,認為若地盤重建為住宅,將造成道路危險、增加交通流量、形成屏風效應。
