美聯商業營業董事甘廣然表示，灣仔區甲廈安盛中心7樓5室近日獲資深投資者蔡志忠以4,575萬元承接，按物業面積2,570方呎計，呎價為17,802元，創出項目呎價新高。

甘氏指出，上述成交單位現由船公司以約10.8萬元承租，由於位處單邊兼享有全維港景致，屬優質單位，故升值潛力獲睇高一線，再加上該廈缺乏同類型之優質放盤，同類型級數商廈呎價至少索價二萬，所以蔡志忠看準潛力入市。

新紀元廣場全層4.6億

此外，第一太平戴維斯獲業主委託代理出售位於上環皇后大道中181號新紀元廣場(低座) 25樓全層連兩個車位，意向價約4.65億元，物業面積約15,451方呎，呎價約30,000元。
