葵青1.5萬伙待改劃

用途，以增加住宅用地，葵青區選中13幅地皮，涉及1.5萬個公私營住宅單位，預計未來5年推出供應。規劃署昨日並將具體改劃的地點及文件呈交區議會討論，並強調住宅單位數目、可供發展年份及擬議的房屋類型視乎個別用地的技術評估，以及相關程序或工程進度，可能會有所調整。

政府於今年1月29日提交立法會的報告時，只表示葵青區有12幅將改劃土地用途，涉約1.2萬伙，最新研究則增加1幅地，令總地皮數量增至13幅約1.5萬伙。當中有4幅屬私營地皮，今明兩年推出的有青衣近美景花園及葵涌荔崗街項目，2015年至2016年推出的有青衣近長宏邨項目，2016年及以後推出的有葵涌近華景山莊項目。

13幅土地公營佔9項

其餘9幅屬公營項目，包括葵涌大窩口道第一及二期、葵涌貨櫃碼頭路、葵涌新葵街、青衣近曉峰園、葵涌石排街一、二及三地盤、青衣第22B區，青衣路及青鴻路交界地皮。

這13幅房屋用地根據供應時間，亦可大致分為兩批，第一批包括5幅用地，預計可在今明兩年提供發展，包括大窩口道第一及第二期2幅公屋用地，和位於葵涌荔崗街、青衣近美景花園及近長宏邨的3幅私營房屋用地。
