美聯物業-陳偉健經理表示，成交單位為葵涌浩景臺6座高層B室，實用面積為478平方呎，附102平方呎平台，屬2房設計。據悉，單位以$680萬於自由市場放盤逾兩年，及後持續擴闊議價空間，日前終獲同區客垂青，並拍板以$494萬於自由市場承接，實用面積平均呎價約為$10,335，屬市價水平。

資料顯示，原業主於2020年02月以約$716萬購入上述單位，持貨5年多，是次轉手帳面蝕讓$222萬。
